About Nur Springs Initiative

An independent Nigerian NGO working at the intersection of education, clean water, and technology.

Our story

Nur Springs Initiative (NSI) is an independent, non-political non-profit organisation established to improve the lives of underprivileged communities in North West Nigeria through education, digital empowerment, and access to clean water. Our aim is to create sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for vulnerable populations, opening pathways of opportunity — "Nur" means light — for children, youth, and women across one of Nigeria's most underserved regions.

Our mission

To foster inclusive development by delivering education and digital literacy programs, expanding access to clean water and sanitation, and empowering marginalised communities in North West Nigeria through sustainable, technology-enabled programming.
